Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations are accepted only if requested within 1–2 days of placing the order.
  • Cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed, packed, or shipped.
  • Since our rakhis and baby products are seasonal and made-to-order, cancellation requests after dispatch will not be accepted.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.

Returns for Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please follow these steps:

  • Notify our Customer Service within 1–2 days of receiving the order.
  • Share photos and a clear explanation of the issue.
  • Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or initiate a refund as appropriate.

Product Not as Expected

If the product doesn’t match your expectations (e.g., different from listing photos), please contact us within 1–2 days of delivery. Our team will review your request and provide the best possible resolution.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and personal use reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective:

  • Baby bedding sets
  • Rakhis (seasonal/festival products)

Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.
