01. Order Related

When will I receive my order?

At the time of placing your order, an estimated shipping timeline (usually 3–5 business days) is mentioned. This same delivery estimate will also be mentioned in your order confirmation email. You will always receive consistent delivery information during and after checkout.

I see a longer delivery time now. Can I cancel my order?

If your order or part of it shows a longer delivery time than initially expected and it has not yet been shipped, you can request cancellation. Please contact our customer service team. If eligible, the refund will be processed within 2 working days. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

How do I get the invoice for my order?

Invoices are not sent automatically after payment. You can download your invoice by logging into your account on our website. Go to your order history and select the order to view or download the invoice.

02. Shipping

How is my order shipped?

We ship all orders via registered courier partners or India Post (Speed Post). Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days after successful payment.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this to track the delivery status.

03. Returns & Cancellations

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please notify us within 1–2 days of delivery with proper photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification. Due to hygiene and festive nature, Rakhis and Baby Bedding Sets are non-returnable unless damaged.

How do I cancel an order?

Orders can be cancelled only within 1–2 days of placing them, and only if not yet shipped. Please reach out to our customer service with your order ID.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your cancellation or return is approved, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
